The Need for Healthy Eating

Few days ago, as everybody do, I needed to eat healthy. In the beginning of January, we start to live a healthy life and then it fades away with the time. But this time, a different thing happened.

Discovering a New Method

I actually found a different method that made a really good difference in my life. The action is really simple and it’s really cost effective because it was to be more hungry. We have underestimated the hunger. We think hunger is always to be eliminated and we should not let hunger to come out. But hunger is a really good friend for our health.

The Struggle with Weight

Let me talk about that. I have been having belly fat and I was gaining weight. So I adjusted to this healthy meal plan. Then, I saw a video on YouTube saying how fasting can affect our health. It was talking about many facts that cover most of the illnesses. So I needed to try that.

Embracing a Simple Routine

I kept this 16-8-0. I had no method. I just ate when I was hungry and kept hungry until I felt too hungry to eat a meal. I followed this. I didn’t follow any specific number. I just followed my instincts.

The Secret to Success

I think that’s why this method became successful for me because I didn’t force myself. I just flowed with the way of living. It was so nice. After a few days, I felt so good. I have never felt that good before.
